Parkings

Parking lots are allocated through lottery by forms provided on the fanpage.

Rules for participating in the lottery:

  1. Each person can participate in the lottery for a specific academic year only once.
  2. The selected individuals cannot give up or sell their parking space. Entry to the parking lot requires and will only work with a valid student ID.
  3. The fairness of the lottery is supervised by the Vice-Rector for Students Affairs, prof. Barbara Wikieł.
  4. The list of selected individuals who will receive a parking space is published on the fanpage and at the address https://e.sspg.pl/parking/wyniki.

Rules for granting parking privileges:

  1. An amount of 50 Polish złoty must be paid to the account provided along with the results, with the transfer title including surname, first name, and student ID number.
  2. Submit (by November 9th, inclusive) a complete set of documents using the form:
    • Annex No. 1 to the regulations with signed declarations (acceptance of parking space usage conditions and consent to the processing of personal data). You can find it here: https://tinyurl.com/losowanie-parkingi
    • Confirmation of the transfer payment (please include surname, first name, and student ID number in the transfer title).
  3. Students who had parking privileges in the academic year 2022/2023 will have their entry permits automatically activated by November 17th (provided that the documents are submitted on time as per point 2).
  4. Students who are granted parking privileges for the first time after sending the required documents mentioned in point 2 must visit the Safety Center office at GdanskTech with their student ID card for activation. This can be done on working days from November 17th, between 9 AM and 1 PM.
