Article 110(5) of the Polish Higher Education and Science Act The students union decides on the distribution of financial resources allocated by the university for student matters. The students union prepares a report on distribution and settlement of these funds no less than once in an academic year and makes it available in the Public Information Bulletin (BIP) on the university's website.
The following entities are entitled to apply for the financial support from Gdansk Tech Students Union:
- Students Union’s bodies,
- Academic Circles and students organizations operating on Gdańsk University of Technology,
- Students not affiliated with Academic Circles, starting or continuing their scientific activities,
- Students working on their diploma thesis.
